You are always the customer: installs can be done pre-move-in or around existing tenants, but the dinodia smart hub and admin access always stay with you.

Smart controls tenants can’t break
Each bedroom can have smart lighting, blinds and scenes controlled from a wall-mounted Android tablet. Tenants see only their room; you hold the admin login for shared spaces and usage metrics for rooms.
